Is Free Agents a Staffing firm or a Headhunter?
Actually Free Agents is neither a staffing firm nor a headhunter. Free Agents sometimes fills the role of Client consultant – please help me resolve my talent dilemma – and sometimes fills the role of talent advocate – help me negotiate my IC contract with the Client. But one of the things that makes Free Agents unique is that we fill the role necessary to resolve the talent event.
So you don't hire staff and you don't rent your W2 talent, how do you help?
Free Agents works with a number of staffing firms, placement firms and managed service organizations. We also have a strong network of independent contractors that represent a broad range of specialty skills. Also our team has used or evaluated a majority of the tools available not only to internal HR recruitment professionals but also to the outside vendor firms that service the industry. But none of those things are what we do – what Free Agents does is understand the Client need and bring a talent solution that facilitates the Client’s desired outcome.
